At the Quality Hotel on Olive Albury, our own expert chefs from the well-regarded Restaurant 579 on Olive create excellent conference menus, whatever the event. We will shape our catering package to fit, whether it’s morning tea, a poolside BBQ, a la carte from the restaurant or a full weekend set menu.

Local and visiting conference guests will enjoy the tastes of the season with fresh produce and local wines from the southern New South Wales and north east Victorian gourmet regions, a stone’s throw from the hotel.
